Return policy.
SECTION 1 - RETURNS
We strongly advise that all a prototype/test item is order first, even with the Assemble range.
We are unable to refund orders of items as all products are created explicitly and uniquely for you. This means that unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or a cancellation once the order has been accepted (with the first prototype) and manufactured. However, this does not affect your statutory rights (under Scottish law)
SECTION 2 - CANCELLATIONS
If an order is canceled before work as begun there will be no charge made to the client. However is an order has been started and a client requests the order is cancel or postponed , Kalopsia receives the right to request the order is paid in full at the time of cancellation. Any work completed up until the point of cancelation will only be released at such time as the order balance is paid.
SECTION 3 - FAULTS
We hope it never happens but now and then there may be a fault in the construction of a product. If that is the case please return the product to us within 30 days of the order arriving with you and we will do our best to fix the product.
Where items can not be mended we will offer a refund on them where possible. Where refunds are requested Kalopsia may still ask for the products to be checked before refunding.
Please note - We have a 5% tolerance for faults. Our items are all quality controlled to our standard before leaving the premises. Although occasionally items can be missed, refunds and repairs can not be offered on products which we confirm to meet our standards. If a client is unhappy with products that we believe to be acceptable an alteration cost will be applied to correct these. Additionally, where a repair has already been attempted by the client a refund or repair can not be offered.
